Due to the immediate, unreturnable nature of digital goods, all purchases made on the Skillify Academy website are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed and access to the digital product (e.g., download links, course materials, access credentials) has been provided.
When you purchase a digital product from us, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund. This policy is in place because once a digital product is sent, it cannot be "returned" in the same way a physical product can.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review all product information, course descriptions, and e-book details before making a purchase. Consideration for refunds in exceptional cases, such as an accidental duplicate purchase of the same product or a verifiable, unresolved technical issue preventing your access to the product, is at our sole discretion. Any request for such consideration must be submitted to our support team within 7 days of the purchase date. No refunds will be considered after this period.
